Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services seeks a senior hardware power electronics engineer in Pune to drive product development from concept to manufacturing. You will design SMPS, DC-DC converters, inverters and drive peripherals while prototyping, testing and debugging to ensure reliability and manufacturability.

The role requires hands-on experience with PCBs (Kicad/Altium/Cadence), STM32/ARM, PFC and EMI/EMC considerations, with a strong focus on balancing performance, cost and robustness in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics or ECE.
• 38 years of relevant power-electronics experience.
• Experience taking at least one product from prototype to manufacturing.
• Strong hardware design and debugging skills.
• Basic embedded/STM32 knowledge.
• Ownership mindset and ability to balance performance, cost, reliability and manufacturability.
• Good to have: Python/MATLAB/LabVIEW, flexible PCB/high-speed design, RF/wireless, or EV/Energy/Robotics/IoT experience.

Role & responsibilities

Product development from concept to production. This is a hands‑on role involving circuit design, prototyping, testing, debugging and product validation.

• Design SMPS, DC-DC converters, power supplies and single/three-phase inverters.
• Work on PFC, THD and custom magnetics. Design circuits and PCBs using Kicad, Altium/Cadence.
• Work with STM32/ARM, PMICs and communication interfaces.
• Prototype, test and debug hardware using laboratory equipment.
• Handle EMI/EMC, thermal management, DFM/DFT and reliability.
• Take products from prototype through validation to manufacturing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Electronics or ECE.
• 38 years of relevant power-electronics experience.
