Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Layout & Setting Out: Establish reference gridlines and main benchmark control points across the site.
• Pile Co-ordination: Deliver precise Pile Point Marking (Coordinates) using Total Station and Auto Level instruments before boring starts.
• Rig Alignment: Check and verify the center point and vertical alignment (plumb) of the piling rig prior to drilling.
• Level Monitoring: Monitor cut-off levels (COL) and termination depths accurately during execution.
• As-Built Survey: Prepare final As-Built drawings showing actual pile locations, deviations, and shift reports post-piling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (for Engineer); ITI / Diploma in Surveying (for Surveyor).
• Technical Skills: Excellent drawing reading skills; expert command over Total Station and Auto Level (for Surveyor).
