Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a civil project engineer with 5 years of piling project experience to lead execution on foundation works. The role requires adherence to specifications, quality and safety standards, and effective coordination with clients for inputs and invoicing.

You will drive productivity, manage field teams, and ensure compliance with labour laws and relevant codes. A strong leader with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum engineering degree (BE/BTech/Diploma) in engineering.
• At least 5 years of project execution experience in piling projects.
• Front-line engineer for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of labour laws and workforce regulations.
• Awareness of productivity norms and site safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects per standard specifications with focus on quality and safety.
• Work to cost estimates and productivity norms.
• Coordinate with clients for inputs and timely invoicing.
• Submit measurements to clients for invoices and to accounts.
• Guide and develop subordinate staff for succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards in foundation engineering.

Job Description

Execution of the project as per the standard specification with quality and safety.

Execution of job as per cost estimate.

Execute the job as per set productivity norms.

Follow up with clients from time to time for all the input requirements.

Timely submission of measurements to client for invoice

Timely submission of sub-contract measurements to accounts

Guide subordinate staff and develop for succession planning.
