Job summary

Cantabil Retail India in Delhi is seeking a dedicated POS Support specialist to ensure seamless in-store transactions. You will provide technical help for POS systems across multiple retail locations, troubleshoot software/hardware, and assist with updates and new store openings.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in POS retail support or retail IT operations, knowledge of D365 POS, strong communication, and coordination skills to work with store teams and resolve billing and inventory issues

• 2-5 years of experience in POS retail support or retail IT operations.
• Knowledge of POS applications D-365 and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
