• 5 to 15 + Years of experience in Dynamics 365 as Retail & POS Technical Consultant.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
• Performance Optimization: Lead efforts in tuning batch jobs, data entities, and retail transactions for high-volume environments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain technical documentation, contribute to solution governance, and support pre‑sales activities when needed.
• Strong command of X++, C#, TypeScript, SQL, SSRS, and Azure services
• Experience with Retail POS architecture, offline sync, hardware station integration
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise retail solutions
