Responsibilities

• Maintain a consolidated view of roadmap items across all pods and track progress.
• Enforce Jira hygiene: tickets created, updated, estimated, closed per practices.
• Maintain live blockers register and coordinate cross-functional unblockers.
• Coordinate pre-delivery activities and go/no-go discussions across pods.
• Coach pods on agile/scrum practices and deliver playbooks for self-serve.

Job Role:

We are in need of an experienced Project Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue across multiple pods. This role sits at theintersection of planning, execution, and people—enabling every pod to deliver predictably, removing obstacles before they becomeblockers, and keeping the entire delivery engine running in sync.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-velocity, multi-team environments, has a natural instinct for process, and brings a collaborative energy that makes every pod they touch more effective.

Key responsibilities:

1. Cross-Pod/Business units Roadmap Chase & Delivery Tracking
   • Maintain a consolidated view of roadmap items across all pods, tracking progress against committed timelines.
   • Proactively chase open action items, pending decisions, and deliverables with pod leads and team members.
   • Ensure roadmap milestones are visible, understood, and actively worked towards at all times.
   • Flag slippages early and Escalate with context to the right stakeholders.
2. Jira + Other tools -Collaborative Hygiene & Delivery Practice Adherence
   • Champion and enforce Jira usage standards—ensuring tickets are created, updated, estimated, and closed per agreed deliverypractices.
   • Audit sprint boards across pods regularly to identify stale tickets, missing acceptance criteria, unlinked dependencies, andvelocity anomalies.
   • Run regular hygiene drives and provide guidance to pod members on correct Jira workflows.
   • Generate and distribute sprint/delivery health reports from Jira to keep leadership informed.
3. Blocker Identification & Resolution Follow-up
   • Maintain a live blockers register across all pods—tracking each blocker's owner, age, and resolution status.
   • Facilitate cross-pod and cross-functional conversations needed to unblock teams (engineering, product, design, QA, infra).
   • Escalate unresolved blockers to the appropriate level with clear context and a proposed path forward.
   • Track recurrence patterns of blockers and recommend systemic improvements to reduce repeat issues.
4. On-time Delivery Facilitation
   • Drive release readiness checklists and pre-delivery coordination across pods.
   • Coordinate go/no-go discussions, ensuring all dependencies are met before delivery milestones.
   • Maintain a forward-looking calendar of planned deliveries, releases, and key ceremonies.
   • Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to align on delivery gates and ensure smooth handoffs.
5. Pod-level Delivery Practice Coaching
   • Observe pod ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and provide lightweight coaching on best practices.
   • Help pods adopt and consistently follow agile/scrum delivery practices as defined by the delivery framework.
   • Identify pods that need extra support and proactively engage with their leads.
   • Create and maintain delivery playbooks and reference guides for pods to self-serve.
6. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
   • Produce weekly delivery health dashboards summarising pod-level status, upcoming deliveries, and risk flags.
   • Serve as the escalation point of contact for delivery-related queries from product owners and leadership.
   • Facilitate cross-pod syncs and dependency reviews to ensure alignment on shared timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have

• 5+ years in a project coordination, deliverymanagement role
• Proven experience working with multiple parallelteams or pods
• Strong hands-on Jira expertise—including boardconfiguration, reporting, and workflowmanagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication forcross-functional stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to manage blockers anddrive accountability without direct authority
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguityenvironments
• Structured approach to tracking and follow-upswith attention to detail

Good to Have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) orequivalent agile training
• Prior experience in a software product ortechnology delivery organisation
• Familiarity with Confluence or similardocumentation platforms
• Experience producing delivery dashboards using Jirafilters/reports or BI tools
• Understanding of SDLC and release managementpractices
