Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting in Chennai is seeking an operations leader to drive team performance, ensure SLA targets, and deliver sustained productivity and quality gains. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align on priorities and resource plans.

You will own MIS reporting and dashboards, identify gaps, standardise SOPs, act as the SPOC for system upgrades and enhancements, and spearhead automation, RPA or AI-led improvements as the function scales and matures.
