Job summary

Quess is seeking a seasoned data analytics professional to lead PMO operations and drive governance, analytics, and process improvements across functions in Hyderabad.

You will develop analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel Macros, partner with senior leadership, and ensure IT strategy alignment with technology consulting services.

The role requires 7–9 years of experience, a B.Tech/B.E., and strong skills in governance, data visualization, and financial analytics.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.Tech / BE) or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in governance, analytics, data visualization and analytics tooling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage project management office (PMO) operations, ensuring effective governance and compliance with industry standards.
  


• Develop and implement data analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel Macros, etc. to drive business insights and decision-making.
  


• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  


• Provide advanced analytics support to senior leadership by analyzing complex data sets and presenting findings through clear visualizations.
  


• Ensure seamless integration of technology consulting services into overall IT strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-9 years of experience in a similar role or related field (data analytics, financial analysis).
  


• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  


• Strong expertise in Business Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Governance & Financial Analytics.
  


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Macros), Power BI; ability to learn new tools quickly.
