Responsibilities

• 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, business transformation Healthcare domain experience desired
• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for the initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, ensuring clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items
• Manage issues / risks
• Good RAID management expertise with a blend of RCAM
• Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team
• Good project planning skills
• Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. – good communication skills
• Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications
• Managing workstream execution for projects
• Good at tracking and monitoring progress and unblocking issues
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe , or similar project / program management certification preferred
