Spring Hr Services is seeking an analytical and tech-savvy professional to support Strategy, PMO, Data Analytics and AI-driven initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive data-backed decision-making and business transformation. The role focuses on tracking KPIs, creating MIS and dashboards, and contributing to AI/automation projects across functions to improve processes.

Ideal candidate has BE/B.Tech and 0–5 years of experience with strong Excel, PowerPoint and analytics skills,

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech – Engineering mandatory.
• 0–5 years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Consulting or AI/Technology.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and analytical skills; exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, AI/GenAI tools preferred.
• Role involves supporting Strategy, PMO and data-driven initiatives with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic projects and track KPIs, milestones, deliverables and business performance.
• Analyse business data and develop MIS, dashboards and actionable insights.
• Support implementation of AI, automation and data-driven business solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI, analytics and automation for improving business processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams on strategic and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, business reviews and data-driven recommendations.
• Research emerging AI and technology trends and assess their potential business applications.
