Job summary

PwC seeks a Senior Associate in Data, Analytics & AI within Advisory, Bengaluru, to lead complex PMO initiatives across healthcare projects. You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in project management with strong MS Project and analytics skills, along with a BE/B.Tech/MCA/Mtech background.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, business transformation.
• Healthcare domain experience desired.
• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for initiatives driven by policy and regulatory changes.
• Manage issues/risks with RAID management expertise and RCAM.
• Manage the integrated project plan and communications to SLT, steering committee, and project teams.
• Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications.
• Managing workstream execution and progress tracking to unblock issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or similar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and ensure clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Manage issues/risks with RAID and RCAM practices to keep programs on track.
• Coordinate the integrated project plan and communications to SLT and steering committees.
• Drive workstream execution and monitor progress to unblock blockers.
• Provide data-driven insights and maintain strong stakeholder communications.

• Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. - good communication skills


• Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications


• Managing workstream execution for projects.


• Good at tracking and monitoring progress and unblocking issues.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts.


• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project / program management certification preferred
