Job summary

Cyient is seeking an experienced PMO to drive strategic programs across delivery, sales, and business operations. The role will partner closely with delivery leaders, account teams, and business stakeholders to ensure program governance, revenue growth, profitability, and successful customer outcomes.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs to track program health, collaborate across functions, and provide governance updates with strategic recommendations to steer programs toward objectives.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Delivery Management, or Business Operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue forecasting, budgeting, margins and financial governance.
• Experience in IT/engineering services, digital transformation, or managed services.
• Exposure to Telecom, Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure domains preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, tracking, and execution across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales to support growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor program financials including P&L, revenue, margins, forecasting, utilization and cost optimization.
• Drive portfolio reviews, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
• Support account planning, budgeting, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track program health and revenue realization.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide governance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Leverage telecom/communications or utilities/energy domain knowledge to align solutions.

• Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, tracking, and execution across multiple projects/accounts.
• Work closely with Delivery and Sales teams to support business growth, account expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor program financials including P&L, revenue, margins, forecasting, utilization, and cost optimization.
• Drive portfolio reviews, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
• Support account planning, pipeline reviews, budgeting, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track program health, revenue realization, and operational performance.
• Engage with customer and leadership stakeholders to provide governance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
• Leverage domain knowledge in Telecom/Communications or Utilities/Energy to align solutions with customer business needs.

Preferred Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Delivery Management, or Business Operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue forecasting, budgeting, margins, and financial governance.
• Experience working in IT Services, Engineering Services, Digital Transformation, or Managed Services environments.
• Exposure to Telecom, Communications, Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure domains is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
