Job summary

CRI Pumps is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project portfolios, ensure governance adherence, and coordinate cross-functional execution. The role bridges project teams and senior leadership to drive consistent reporting and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include managing NPD, CAPEX, and process improvements, tracking budgets and timelines, and enforcing PMO policies while maintaining safety and ISO standards. 2–4 years of manufacturing PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor\'s in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2-4 years in manufacturing with project management roles.

Position: PMO Manager
Location: Fludyn Advance Technolgy Center @ Chinnavedampatti - Coimbatore

Role Objective

Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by managing project portfolios, ensuring adherence to governance standards, and coordinating execution across manufacturing functions. Act as the bridge between project teams and senior leadership, driving consistency, reporting, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects (NPD, CAPEX, process improvement, Projects and tasks, technology transfers ).
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines; escalated risks/issues to PMO Head
• Ensure projects follow standardized methodologies and templates.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between production, engineering, QA, and supply chain teams.

Governance & Compliance

• Enforce PMO policies, processes, and reporting standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards.
• Maintain documentation and ensure transparency in project execution.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare dashboards and reports on project status, KPIs, and resource utilization.
• Provide insights to leadership for decision-making and prioritization.
• Support portfolio management by tracking ROI and alignment with business goals.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks in project execution and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor dependencies across projects and ensure timely resolution of bottlenecks.

Team & Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and functional leads to ensure alignment.
• Conduct training sessions on PMO tools, lean practices, and project management basics.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
