Job summary

IT Resonance Inc in Chennai invites applications for a PMO Executive to support delivery operations across SAP projects, contractors, partners, and customers. The role ensures coordination, timely reporting, and strong operational discipline across all stakeholders.

You will coordinate with SAP teams, onboarding contractors, manage timesheets, track opportunities, and maintain dashboards, SOWs, and weekly status reports.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in PMO, Project Coordination, or Delivery Operations.
• IT services or multivendor project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SAP teams on project updates, deliverables, and escalations.
• Liaise with contractors for onboarding, compliance, and timesheet submissions.
• Work with partner firms to track recruitment needs and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timesheet discipline across employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with customers for invoice submission, approvals, and payment followups.
• Support account mining by tracking opportunities, org charts, and new initiatives.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and weekly status reports.
• Assist with SOW tracking, documentation, and internal audit readiness.
• Manage meeting schedules, MOMs, and followup actions.
