This internal-facing role helps establish consistent ways of working, maintain trusted project data, strengthen delivery discipline, and apply artificial intelligence tools and agents to improve Project Management Office productivity and reporting quality.

This position is located onsite in Bangalore, India, and is part of the Global Professional Services team. The role will report to a Professional Services leader and partner closely with Project Managers, implementation teams, and Finance across regions and time zones.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

  • Maintain project and portfolio reporting by tracking delivery status, milestones, budget consumption, effort information, resourcing, utilization, risks, governance compliance, and overall delivery health.

  • Life Sciences software implementation or regulated delivery environments, including BioPharma, Good Practice requirements, laboratory information management systems, electronic laboratory notebooks, software-as-a-service platforms, or cloud-based informatics solutions.
  • Experience creating automated workflows or AI-enabled agents to support reporting, analysis, or data quality activities.
