The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PMO/IT project management, with at least 5 years in leadership, and a proven track record across enterprise-scale initiatives, ERP deployments, and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for senior PMO leadership roles.
• 10+ years in PMO, program management or IT project management.
• Minimum 5 years in PMO leadership/management.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PMO Lead tooversee the governance, planning, execution, and successful delivery ofstrategic IT programs and digital transformation initiatives. The PMO Lead willbe responsible for driving project governance, portfolio oversight, resourcemanagement, risk control, and executive reporting across multiple programs andprojects.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategicthinking, stakeholder management expertise, and a proven track record ofestablishing PMO best practices that drive delivery excellence and businessvalue realization.

The PMO Lead will work closely with executive leadership,business stakeholders, project managers, technology teams, and externalpartners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and alignedwith organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

PMOLeadership & Governance

• Leadand manage the IT PMO function, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy andbusiness priorities.
• Define,implement, and continuously improve PMO standards, governance frameworks,methodologies, and controls.

• Drivecompliance with organizational project governance, audit, and qualityrequirements.
• ChairPMO review meetings, governance forums, and steering committee discussions.
• Overseea portfolio of business transformation projects.

Requirements
