Paytm is seeking a Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition – Business Hiring team in sourcing and engaging candidates from a market database. You will convert candidates into prospective employees and coordinate interview schedules, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

The internship offers exposure to talent sourcing, candidate engagement, corporate communication, and HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Location: Bangalore, 5 days a week in office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support the hiring team in identifying and engaging potential candidates from the provided market database. The intern will connect with candidates, convert them into prospective employees, and coordinate interview schedules.
