Job summary

Royal Land Developers in Chennai seeks an experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer to execute and coordinate PHE & FF works for a high-rise residential project. You will coordinate sleeves, shafts, and MEP services with site teams, monitor installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring quality, safety and timelines.

Aluminium Formwork experience will be preferred. Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering required; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong
