• Coordinate electrical works with formwork, civil, plumbing, HVAC and firefighting teams.
• Ensure proper electrical box, conduit, sleeve and opening locations before concrete pouring.
• Supervise floor-wise electrical installations and productivity.
• Conduct pre-pour inspections and checklists before slab/wall concreting.
• Maintain daily progress, material consumption and site reports.
• Coordinate with consultants/contractors to resolve site technical issues.

Hiring: Electrical Engineer( High-Rise Residential Construction)

Work Location Kelambakkam/Padur

Roles & Responsibilities

High-Rise Residential Project – Aluminum Formwork

Review and execute Electrical GFC drawings as per site requirements.

Coordinate electrical works with Aluminum Formwork, Civil, Plumbing, HVAC and Firefighting teams.

Ensure proper electrical box, conduit, sleeve and opening locations before concrete pouring.

Check conduit routing, looping and embedded items as per approved drawings.

Supervise floor-wise electrical installation and manpower productivity.

Ensure proper DB, cable tray, riser and shaft installation.

Conduct pre-pour inspection and checklist before every slab/wall concreting.

Coordinate MEP service openings and sleeves with the formwork team.

Ensure material quality and installation as per approved specifications and standards.

Check testing, commissioning, earthing, insulation and electrical safety.

Maintain daily progress, material consumption and site reports.

Coordinate with consultants/contractors and resolve site technical issues.

Ensure work completion, snag clearance, testing and handover.
