Job summary

A5Automation is seeking a passionate PLC Trainer to deliver hands-on, industry-focused PLC training and mentoring at our Salem-based academy. You will develop practical modules and guide students through real-world automation projects to build job-ready skills.

The role emphasizes hands-on PLC programming across Siemens, Allen-Bradley and DELTA platforms, with a focus on I/O, networking, and process control loops. A diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on PLC programming experience.
• Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley and Delta PLCs.
• Good knowledge of PLC I/O, industrial communication and networking.
• Knowledge of process control loops such as Cascade, Ratio, Feed Forward and Split Range.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Training or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field.
