Job Title : PLC Programmer / Sr. PLC Programmer
Industry: Robotics & Automation

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley PLCs, including PLC programming and HMI development.
- Design, develop, test, and commission automation systems for industrial and robotic applications.
- Participate in and lead robotic automation projects, preferably within the automobile industry.
- Develop and manage SCADA systems such as Wonderware (InduSoft & InTouch), Vijeo Citect, and WinCC, including integration with DCS systems.
- Lead PLC and automation teams, manage customer interactions, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for control panels, power systems, drive panels, and automation equipment across multiple sites in India.
- Conduct training sessions for engineers and technicians on PLCs, SCADA systems, servo motors, and motion control applications.
- Integrate servo motors, motion control systems, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) into automation projects.
- Program Allen-Bradley PLCs including CompactLogix, ControlLogix, and GuardLogix platforms.
- Work with Allen-Bradley programming software such as RSLogix 5000 and RSLogix 500.
- Execute erection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for PLC and HMI systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, modify, and optimize automation software and control panels.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to resolve complex automation issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC faults using system diagnostics and monitoring tools.
- Handle electrical and electronics automation projects, including assembly lines and robotic cells.
- Perform robotics fixture installation, field wiring, and control panel inspections.
- Lead teams in electrical and control wiring for robotic cells, conveyor systems, and automation lines.
- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting of robotics electrical and control systems.

- Proven ability to manage teams and automation projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Education: BE/B-Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
