Job summary

Inchi Solutions in India is seeking a skilled automation specialist to develop, program, and troubleshoot Delta PLC systems for industrial applications. You will create and modify PLC programs using Delta WPLSoft and ISPSoft, and develop HMI applications and interfaces.

You will configure and integrate Delta PLCs with VFDs, servo drives, sensors and other automation equipment, perform on-site commissioning and fault diagnosis, and read electrical drawings and control panel schematics to support

Qualifications

• Experience programming and troubleshooting Delta PLC systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Experience commissioning at customer sites.
• Familiarity with integrating Delta PLCs with VFDs and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate Delta PLCs with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, motors, and other automation equipment.
• Perform PLC commissioning, machine testing, debugging, and fault diagnosis at customer/manufacturing sites.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, control panel wiring, I/O diagrams, and automation schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLC hardware, I/O modules, communication issues, sensors, and field devices.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and production-related automation issues
