Job summary

TALENT VERTEX PARTNERS is seeking an Implementation Engineer — PLC & Automation with hands-on PLC/SCADA experience for industrial environments. You will own the full lifecycle from logic development to on-site startup, delivering multi-vendor automation solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in PLC/HMI/SCADA projects, strong knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens tools, and hands-on commissioning across panels, sensors, and actuators. Hyderabad-based deployment preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in PLC-based automation and HMI/SCADA implementation.
• Proficiency in Allen Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 and Siemens TIA Portal is mandatory.
• Hands-on exposure to multi-vendor PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms across industries.

Job description

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer — PLC & Automation with strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and end-to-end commissioning for industrial and manufacturing environments. This is a delivery-focused role with full lifecycle ownership from logic development to on-site production startup.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in PLC-based automation and HMI/SCADA implementation
  
• Proficiency in Allen Bradley (Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000) and Siemens TIA Portal ( mandatory)
  
• HMI/SCADA development experience on FactoryTalk View, Wonderware InTouch, WinCC, or Ignition
  
• Strong command of PLC programming languages
  
• Ladder Logic, Structured Text, FBD, SFC (IEC 61131-3)
  
• Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols
  
• Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, Profibus, Profinet
  
• FAT/SAT execution with documented test protocols
  
• field commissioning experience required
  
• Integration experience with VFDs, field sensors, actuators, and control panels
  
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and panel layouts
  
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation / Computer Engineering
