Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Platform Lead to own platform delivery, integrations, and production support in our Chennai-based team. You will coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and vendors to drive upgrades and transformations.

The role requires deep Wealth Management knowledge, strong incident and problem management, and a track record of sustaining platform stability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services technology.
• Strong Wealth Management domain and platform experience.
• Experience with platform delivery, enhancements, integrations, production support, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives for Wealth Management platforms.
• Act as a Wealth Management platform SME, coordinating with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and vendors.
• Manage production support, P1/P2 incidents, technical escalations, RCA, problem management, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, integration, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Drive platform stability, performance, availability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage releases, deployments, change requests, defects, and technical dependencies.
• Provide regular updates on delivery, incidents, risks, platform health, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management Platform Lead with strong expertise in the Wealth Management domain, platform delivery, integrations, and production/incident management. The candidate will own platform implementations, enhancements, integrations, production support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives for Wealth Management platforms.
• Act as a Wealth Management platform SME, working closely with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and vendors.
• Manage production support, P1/P2 incidents, technical escalations, RCA, problem management, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, integration, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Drive platform stability, performance, availability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage releases, deployments, change requests, defects, and technical dependencies.
• Provide regular updates on delivery, incidents, risks, platform health, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.

Domain & Platform Expertise

• Strong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Management.
• Good understanding of Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Income, Trading/Order Management, KYC, Custody, Corporate Actions, and Wealth Operations.
• Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth Management, FLEXCUBE or similar.

• 10+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services technology.
• Strong Wealth Management domain and platform experience.
• Proven experience in platform delivery, enhancements, integrations, and production support.
• Strong Incident Management, Problem Management, RCA, Change/Release Management, and SLA experience.
