Job summary

Optimum Solutions in Pune seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to gather and document requirements across Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, and related functions.

You will prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows, run stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into functional specs while supporting QA and deployment.

Experience with API, SQL, and data analysis, plus Agile/Waterfall, is preferred to drive automation and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements across multiple teams.
• Proficient in BRD, FSD, and user story creation.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management processes.
• Understanding of portfolio management, advisory, onboarding, and trade lifecycle.
• Proficient in API, SQL, data analysis, and reporting.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities
