Job summary

Neev Systems in Hyderabad seeks a Platform Integration Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise collaboration solutions. The role focuses on Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and other SaaS platforms to improve productivity and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years designing, administering, and integrating enterprise Atlassian SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on Atlassian Cloud experience (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Opsgenie).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, GitHub, and enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth/OIDC, Graph API and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience developing automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with enterprise integration and automation platforms such as Power Automate or Atlassian workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Organization's collaboration platforms, including Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and related SaaS apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and native SaaS integration capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions and reusable workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Manage platform configuration, governance, upgrades, licensing, and lifecycle activities.
• Evaluate and implement new platform capabilities to improve collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and well-integrated collaboration solutions.
• Develop and maintain platform standards, technical documentation, and operational best practices.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, and performance through continuous monitoring and optimization.
