Job summary

Neevsystems in Hyderabad is seeking a Platform Integration & Automation Engineer to design scalable integrations across Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and other enterprise SaaS platforms. You will implement APIs, automation, and secure collaboration workflows to improve productivity.

The ideal candidate will work with IT, Engineering and Security to deliver reliable, scalable solutions, manage configurations, and advance automation across enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years designing, administering, and integrating enterprise Atlassian SaaS platform.
• Hands-on with Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Opsgenie).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, GitHub, and enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth/OIDC, Graph API and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience developing automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Atlassian workflow or similar.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Organization’s collaboration platforms, including Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and related SaaS applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and native SaaS integration capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions and reusable workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Manage platform configuration, governance, upgrades, licensing, and lifecycle activities.
• Evaluate and implement new platform capabilities that improve collaboration, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.

• Develop and maintain platform standards, technical documentation, and operational best practices.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for engineering, integrating, and optimizing the enterprise collaboration platforms that power productivity across the organization. The successful candidate will design scalable integrations, develop automation solutions, and enhance business workflows across Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft 365, GitHub, and other enterprise SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in systems integration, APIs, automation, and cloud-based collaboration technologies. Working closely with IT, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders, this individual will deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that improve the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
