Qualifications

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on Jira, Git, and AI Automation Administrator to support and enhance our Change Management, Release Management, and DevOps platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, automation, integrations, scripting, and continuous improvement of Jira, Confluence, GitHub/Bitbucket, and related tools. This role requires a strong practitioner mindset with experience in AI‑driven automation and platform engineering.

DevOps Tools - GitHub (Actions/Runners), Jira (API/Workflows)

Platform- Kubernetes (Helm/Operators), Unix Administration

(RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS).

Observability- OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo.

Automation - Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Ansible, AWX Tower.

Cloud - Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS infrastructure.

• Lead tool migrations, upgrades, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Create documentation, standards, and best practices while providing technical guidance to stakeholders.

Detail JD : - As a platform engineer, you will architect and automate the internal DevOps ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between software engineering and infrastructure, ensuring our core tools (GitHub, Jira) and observability stacks (LGTM/OpenTelemetry) are scalable, secure, and self‑service. You will also be responsible for managing the reliability and performance of internal enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Linux/Windows administration and SQL databases.
• Exposure to AI-powered automation, Copilot technologies, or Generative AI solutions is highly desirable.
