Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Platform Design Engineer 3 in Bengaluru to join our reputed client project. The role requires 6-10 years of relevant hardware board design experience and hands-on PCB/HDI design across power and mixed-signal domains.

You will work with Cadence/OrCAD for schematics, perform power integrity reviews, and collaborate on embedded interfaces (SPI, UART, GPIOs) and high-current low-voltage designs.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of hardware board design experience.
• Proficiency in schematic entry using Cadence Concept HDL or OrCAD.
• Experience in Power design DC Load, switching regulators and LDOs, high-current, low-voltage designs.
• HDI PCB design stack-up definition, blind/buried vias, and microvias.

Responsibilities

• Leading PCB layout reviews for power integrity and thermal management.
• Hands-on experience with embedded hardware interfaces such as IC, SPI, UART, GPIOs.
• Experience in analog design (OPAMPs, ADCs, DACs) and mixed-signal applications.
• Familiarity with SPICE-based simulation tools such as LTspice or PSpice.
