Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Analog Mixed Signal Layout Engineer for our semiconductor team in Hyderabad. You will develop custom analog and mixed-signal layouts for high‑speed blocks, using Cadence tools and sign-off flows, with a mandatory focus on TSMC 5nm or below.

Position: Analog Designer 3, 5–8 years of hands-on layout experience. Contract tenure: 1 year. You will own blocks from layout development through sign-off, ensuring delivery meets quality and performance

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Analog/Mixed Signal Layout experience.
• Strong experience in Cadence Virtuoso XL/EXL/GXL.
• Mandatory: TSMC 5nm or below.
• Strong hands-on experience in custom analog/mixed-signal layout.
• Experience with Calibre.
• Strong knowledge of DRC, LVS, PEX and sign-off flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom layouts for high-speed analog and custom digital blocks.
• Work on blocks such as Ring Oscillators, Dividers, Bias Blocks, Voltage/Current References, Pre-drivers.
• Independently own assigned blocks/modules/macros from layout development through sign-off and release.
• Create and verify layout design views using industry-standard sign-off tools.
• Run, debug and close DRC, LVS, PEX and other physical verification flows.
• Independently troubleshoot layout issues and drive them to closure.
• Ensure layout deliverables meet quality, performance and project milestones.
