Job summary

Tata Technologies in Pune invites candidates for a technical walk-in to join our automotive plastics team. You will conduct feasibility studies, perform mold flow analyses, and support tool design with CATIA V5 and UG NX. This role targets engineers with 2–8 years in the automotive sector.

Roles involve hands-on design, analysis, and collaboration with tool rooms to ensure manufacturability and quality. Fresh graduates may not apply; prior industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in mechanical engineering is required.
• Diploma in mechanical engineering is required.
• Post Diploma in Tool design from CITD/NTTF/IGTR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastic feasibility studies for vehicle trims.
• Conduct mold flow analysis to validate designs and processes.
• Evaluate mold feasibility and determine gates and parting lines.
• Apply Catia V5/UG NX for design and validation tasks.
