Job summary

The position involves planning annual budgets, overseeing landfill operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with government bodies to implement ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, with 10 years of relevant experience and proven leadership in project and budget management.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical engineering.
• 10 years of experience in waste management projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of MSW rules and landfill operations.
• Experience with QAQC and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan for the financial year, achieve annual business plan revenue, EBITDA & PAT, stakeholder management, including customers.
• Monitor overall planning for administration, operations, services, and cost control.
• Implement MSW rules, minimization of Leachate, and Leachate management.
• Operate on landfill operations, green belt development, housekeeping, and beautification.
• Liaison with government and local authorities regarding the project.
• Follow up on Bill payments with SMC and timely submission of monthly receipts.
• Ensure compliance with maintaining Landfill Construction and mapping.
• Conducting training on ISO standards for the organization and meeting with SPCB personnel to implement rules. Preparation of QAQC reports and submission to SPCB and CPCB, Ensuring Health
