Job summary

Rise Eleven Delhi Waste Management Co. seeks a proactive Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field and plant operations at our C&D waste processing facility. You will supervise activities, coordinate with plant teams, monitor manpower, and ensure smooth material movement while maintaining productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage operations, report on performance, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet daily targets in a demanding waste management environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
• Diploma or certification in Operations, Civil, Mechanical or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field and plant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor collection, unloading, processing, and movement of C&D waste materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, Maintenance and Plant teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Supervise manpower deployment, attendance and productivity at plant and field locations.
• Ensure timely movement of raw materials and finished products within the plant.
• Conduct regular inspections of operational areas and report issues affecting productivity or safety.
• Maintain daily operational records, site and manpower reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, transporters and internal departments for smooth execution of work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety practices.
• Report operational challenges to management and assist in corrective actions.
• Support management in achieving daily production targets.
• Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field and plant operations at our C&D waste processing facility. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in field supervision, plant operations, site coordination, or industrial operations.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial plants will be preferred.
