Job summary

Ramky Sustainability Solutions Hyderabad is hiring an experienced professional to plan, coordinate, and oversee municipal solid waste collection and transportation operations at the project site. The role requires leadership to meet budget targets and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will manage day-to-day field activities, coordinate with government authorities, optimize routes, and supervise procurement of equipment while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Waste collection methods and disposal regulations.
• Project and budget management experience.
• Route optimization software, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Teamwork, planning, organizing, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top line and bottom line as per budget and P&L.
• Set up bench markings, implement SOP, and extract desired work.
• Ensure timely submission and collection of bill invoices from the corporation.
• Execute and implement operational methods for the best output.
• Handle daily issues related to the operation, workforce, government officials etc.
• Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and utilization of waste collection equipment, such as collection trucks, bins, and containers.
• Liaison with government and local authorities regarding the project.
• Follow up on Bill payments with SMC and timely submission of monthly receipts.
• Routine check-ups and field surveys for the proper C&T operations overall ULBs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to waste collection, transportation, and health and safety standards.
