Job summary

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for Solid Waste Management (SWM) in Rajasthan. In this role, you will lead the SWM project and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Management or Engineering, with 3–5 years of experience in project management, particularly in waste management. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Supervise manpower deployment and ensure productivity across departments.
• Track budget utilization and optimize resources for cost-effective operations.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and authorities.
• Resolve operational challenges with smart, practical solutions.
• Ensure overall project productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in waste management/municipal projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ready to visit field locations when required.
