Job summary

Eshana Hr Consultants is seeking a candidate to oversee Municipal Solid Waste Collection and Transportation operations. The role requires managing manpower deployment, vehicle allocation, and ensuring efficient route execution with GPS tracking.

You will monitor field operations for timely completion and safety compliance. Ideal candidates hold an UG degree in management or engineering related to operations and have exposure to waste management processes.

Qualifications

• UG/PG in management or engineering with relevance to waste operations.
• Experience in municipal solid waste collection or similar operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of field logistics and safety norms.
