Job summary

Lancer Food Products in Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced biscuit production leader to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations. You will plan daily and monthly targets while ensuring quality, cost control, and efficient use of machinery and materials.

Ideal candidates have 8–15 years of biscuit manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP/FSSAI, and proven team management abilities to drive continuous improvements across production lines.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in biscuit manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of biscuit production lines and bakery equipment.
• Experience in production planning and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end biscuit manufacturing and plant operations.
• Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets while maintaining quality.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of machinery, manpower and raw materials.
• Monitor production efficiency, OEE, yield, wastage and downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements and cost optimisation.
• Maintain production reports, MIS and operational documentation.
