Qualifications

• B.Tech / BSc / MSc in Food Technology or Food Science.
• 2–5 years of relevant production experience in biscuit manufacturing.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP and FSSAI norms.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production activities in the biscuit manufacturing unit.
• Monitor mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling and packing processes.
• Ensure production targets are met per planning and schedule.
• Maintain product quality and process parameters per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and GMP practices.
• Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Packaging departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain production reports, batch records and shift documentation.
• Monitor manpower utilization and shop floor discipline.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
