Job summary

H R Creations in Manesar is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to join Production. The role focuses on maintaining plant utilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations across compressors, AHUs, water chillers, and electrical panels.

You will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, plan regular checks, and coordinate with OEMs for AMC contracts, spares, and new installations. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in plant maintenance and hands-on experience in a production

Qualifications

• It is: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Total experience: 6-8 years in plant maintenance (utility and machine).
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of plant utilities (compressors, thermal chambers, water chillers, AHUs, electrical panels).
• Executing preventive and breakdown maintenance, planning routine and periodical checks.
• Identifying breakdown-related problems and communicating to OEMs.
• Managing AMC contracts and renewals with OEMs, creating maintenance procedures, forecasting spare parts.
• Maintaining a safe working environment to prevent accidents.
• Demonstrating eye-hand coordination to carry out repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Total Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in Plant Maintenance (Utility and Machine).
• Relevant Experience: Hands‑on experience in a maintenance department.
• Required Technical Skills (Expert Level):
  • Competent in machine breakdowns and utility maintenance.
  • AMC renewal, discussions, and technical negotiations.
  • New plant and new machine installations.
  • QMS documentation related to maintenance.
  • Close coordination with vendors.

Key Job Responsibilities
