Job summary

PeopleStrong requires an experienced professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of Plant & Machinery across foundation equipment, cranes, drilling rigs, and allied assets. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, coordinating with OEMs for spares, and building a skilled operations team for sustainable performance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge in hydraulics and mechatronics, plus extensive hands-on experience in managing construction-oriented P&M machinery.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Operation & maintenance of Plant & Machinery relating to latest foundation equipment including all ancillary equipment, accessories & tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all P&M assets are kept in good working condition and maintained with the least downtime.
• Networking with vendors and OEM suppliers for timely supply of spares/accessories/tools etc.
• Effective inventory management and documentation.
• Devise methods to train operators / mechanics and develop skilled workforce for effective operation.
• Identify obsolete P&M and arrange for disposal and replacement.
