Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks an experienced professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of Plant & Machinery including foundation equipment. You will ensure assets stay fit, coordinate with vendors for spares, and drive inventory control while developing a skilled workforce for smooth operations.

The role requires deep mechanical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to plan for disposal of obsolete machinery to minimize downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical engineering is required.
• 15 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of Plant & Machinery relating to latest foundation equipment and all ancillary equipment.
• Experience with hydraulics and mechatronics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all P&M assets are kept in good working condition with minimum downtime.
