Job summary

Heads Quest is seeking a Core HR professional to manage all HR activities at the Kuha manufacturing plant, focusing on employee engagement and relations, and ensuring statutory compliance.

You will lead end-to-end HR operations, manpower planning, attendance, onboarding, performance management, and development initiatives while coordinating with management to maintain a positive work environment and robust HR MIS.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Experience in employee engagement and employee relations
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• 4-8 years of Core HR/Plant HR experience
• Science Graduate/Postgraduate preferred

Requirements:

• 4- 8 years of Core HR / Plant HR experience.
• Experience in Pharma or Nutraceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong experience in employee engagement and employee relations.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Science Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
