Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Plant HR Manager to oversee the complete HR function for a manufacturing plant. You will lead hiring, training, performance management, employee engagement and compliance, coordinating with plant and corporate HR and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of plant HR experience, strong knowledge of labour laws, and expertise in end-to-end plant HR processes. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of plant/manufacturing HR experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end plant HR.
• Good exposure to employee relations, grievance handling and labour compliance.
• Experience in shopfloor hiring and contract manpower management.
• Exposure to performance management, training and employee engagement.
• Good knowledge of HR MIS, audits and HR processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
