Job summary

Dalmia Cement in Tamil Nadu is seeking an HR Operations Assistant to support overall HR operations and initiatives at the plant level. You will help manage talent data in HRMS, dashboards, MIS reports, and related records, and coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

You will provide payroll inputs for the plant, assist in recruitment coordination with Talent Acquisition, drive employee engagement, support PMS execution, coordinate training programs, handle queries and grievances, and

• Supporting in overall HR operations and implementation of HR initiatives.
• Managing talent data in HRMS, dashboards, MIS reports, and related records.
• Coordinating new employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
• Providing timely payroll inputs for the plant unit.
• Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to fill plant vacancies and support interview scheduling.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and helping implement organizational best practices.
• Assisting in strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Supporting execution of the PMS.
• Coordinating plant-level training programs and maintaining training records and feedback.
• Handling employee queries and grievances related to HR processes and policies.
• Promoting digitization initiatives among plant employees.
• Supporting internal and external HR audits and ensuring timely closure of observations.
• Continuously updating HR knowledge to meet organizational requirements.
