Job Description Role: Plant HR Manger wherein the candidate will be responsible independently for HR operations e.g. end to end employee/staff & labour management, Compliance management, Implementation of policies/procedures, Payroll, Administration, Employee engagement/relations and Industrial relations.

• Hiring of on roll & temp staff at plant site.
• PMS & management of plant & sales employees across state.
• Plant administration & facility, welfare management.
• Establish & supervise all regulatory & statutory compliances as per state & company rule.
• Establish & Drive complete Training process at site.
• Manage Employee engagement and maintain employee relations.
• Manage entire payroll & state SSF program of region.
• Supervise & Manage EHS processes of site.
• Liaison internal & external industrial relations.
