Key Responsibilities

Plant HR Activities

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift rosters


• Handle recruitment and onboarding of plant staff and workers


• Maintain employee records, HR files, and registers


• Support performance review and confirmation processes


• Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits

Statutory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements


• Maintain records for PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other plant compliances


• Coordinate inspections and audits related to labor and safety

Administration

• Manage plant-level administrative work (housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, etc.)


• Handle vendor coordination for admin services


• Support facility management and plant office upkeep


• Maintain admin records and invoices

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Support employee engagement activities at the plant


• Handle grievance management at the plant level


• Assist in organizing training, safety programs, and plant events
