Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking a Plant Head in Maharashtra with strong leadership to oversee beverage manufacturing operations, quality control, and end-to-end supply chain. You will manage production planning, cost controls, and safety across the plant while driving continuous improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience in beverage processing (PET/Tetra lines) and the ability to communicate effectively in Marathi to coordinate with local teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bev manufacturing operations, production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain expertise.
• Exposure to juice/soft drinks manufacturing in PET/Tetra lines.
• Marathi-speaking Maharashtrian with strong plant leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product availability to meet market demand and budgeted volumes.
• Ensure delivery of quality products in the marketplace.
• Manage overall plant cost and profitability.
• Implement systems and processes across the plant.
• Track key performance indicators for the plant and drive improvements.
• Foster a cohesive and harmonious plant team environment.
• Maintain inventory norms for RM/PM, engineering and finished goods.
• Lead new projects at the plant and drive implementation.
• Ensure safety of employees and assets across the organization.
• Develop the skills of plant employees to achieve targets.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume.
• 2. Responsible for Delivering Quality product in the Market place.
• 3. Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability.
• 4. Responsible for implementing systems & processes.
• 5. Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for the plant
• 6. To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the plant team.
• 7. To Maintain and follow the inventory norms for RM/PM, Engineering & Finished goods.
• 8. To handle new Projects in the plant.
• 9. Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization.
• 10. Develop skill level of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets.

Depth Knowledge in

Manufacturing Operations Production , Maintenance, Quality, Supply chain.

Detailed Technical knowhow of beverage manufacturing operations

Should have exposure to juice, soft drinks manufacturing in PET /Tetra lines

Please note that we require a Maharashtrian who can speak very well in Marathi.
