Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks a seasoned plant operations leader to drive safety, quality and productivity across the manufacturing floor in a GMP-regulated pharma environment.

You will ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, USFDA, WHO-GMP and MHRA while guiding continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing excellence through robust governance and people leadership. The ideal candidate has 15–22 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with strong plant leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GMP, cGMP, USFDA, WHO-GMP and other global regulatory standards.
• 15-22 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with significant exposure to plant leadership.
