Job summary

Vostok Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Plant Head from the electrical panel manufacturing sector to establish and manage manufacturing operations, along with sales and business development for electrical panels, HVAC equipment, and cleanroom equipment.

You will lead end-to-end production processes, optimize production planning, drive cost control, and build relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial buyers while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in LT/HT electrical panel manufacturing.
• Experience as Plant Head, Production Head, or Manufacturing Manager in a panel manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of panel design drawings, BOMs, busbar fabrication, electrical testing, quality control, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete manufacturing operations for LT/HT electrical panels, including fabrication, assembly, busbar processing, wiring, testing, and quality control.
• Establish plant infrastructure, production processes, SOPs, manpower planning, and inventory management.
• Plan production schedules, control manufacturing costs, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Lead sales and marketing activities, generate new business, develop industrial customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with automobile OEMs, EPC contractors, MEP consultants, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial clients.
• Manage customer meetings, quotations, commercial negotiations, order finalization, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate manufacturing and assembly activities for HVAC and cleanroom equipment.
• Recruit and manage production teams, improve productivity, and ensure workplace safety.
