Larsen & Toubro Ltd in Ahmedabad seeks a P&M Manager to keep Plant & Machinery assets in top condition with minimal downtime. You will manage spares, inventory, and supplier coordination to ensure timely supply.

You will train operators and mechanics to build a skilled workforce for reliable operation. A BE/B.Tech in Mechanical and 10–15 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum BE/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in operation & maintenance of Plant & Machinery.
• Experience with foundation equipment and ancillary tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain P&M assets in good working condition with minimal downtime.
• Network with vendors and OEMs for timely supply of spares and tools.
• Manage inventory and documentation effectively.
• Train operators and mechanics to build a skilled workforce.
• Identify obsolete P&M and arrange disposal and replacement.

P&M Manager

Ensure that all P&M assets are kept in good working condition and maintained with least downtime. Networking with vendors and OEM suppliers for timely supply of spares/accessories/tools etc. Effective inventory management and documentation. Devise methods to train operators / mechanics and develop skilled workforce for effective operation. Identify obsolete P&M and arrange for disposal and replacement

Qualification, Experience and Skills :

Minimum Qualification and experience requirements for the position (not qualifications of the position holder)

• Minimum Qualifications Minimum years of experience B.E / B. Tech / in Mechanical
• Min. 10 - 15 years of experience in Operation & maintenance of Plant & Machinery relating to latest foundation equipment including all ancillary equipment, accessories & tools.
• Behavioral Skill Technical Skills Team Work, Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Positive Thinking, Creativity, Decision Making, Empathy, Time Management, Leadership Skills, High Impact on Influencing.
• ALL construction oriented P&M machines like Cutter, Cranes, Piling rigs, Drilling machines ETC.
• Additional technical expertise on Hydraulics and Mechatronics is an added advantage.
